- Regular Late 300 euro (After April 20, 2024)
- Student* Early 150 euro (Up to April 20, 2024)
- Student* Late 220 euro (After April 20, 2024)
* a copy of student card/certificate is required
Note: Payment of the late fee must be made until May 15, 2024 in order for the extended abstract to be included in the Conference Proceedings and secure a place in the programme
